However, you do not need to worry. You can avail a 100% refund of the charges in one or more of the following cases:
- If you are not satisfied with the service. In this case, you will be required to provide us valid reasons for your displeasure with the final product.
- If the order has not been completed according to the specifications. This could include the quality standard that was promised or even the timeline of the same or any other such similar reason.
- If the work on that order is not initiated at the time when you raise the refund request. In other words, you want to cancel the order before allowing us to send you the final delivery.
- In (1) & (2), you would lose the copyright of the final product (HTML code/design/banner etc) and you would be requested to not use it for any official or non official purposes. For few services like product uploading, Marketplace management, Shopping feed optimization & all E-Commerce marketing services order cancellation should be prior the kick off process(call/meeting).
In general, there are two occasions on which you will be required to avail a refund:
Cancelling the Order: The cancellation of the order might happen either from the side of the customer or the supplier. This would be possible only before the work on the order has been initiated.
For such cancellation, the entire amount shall be refunded as the order has been voided (via the card or bank account used). While no funds would be charged by us for such cancellation, the release of the payment will only happen at the concerned bank's discretion.
Refund under 100% Money Back Guarantee: Are you not satisfied with what was offered to you by us? You can avail a complete refund of the amount that was charged to you. All you need to do is send us an email with this regard along with the valid reason for discontentment with the final product. You shall, then, be reimbursed the amount that was charged. This amount will be deposited to your paypal/bank account.
